SunLink Healthcare, LLC seeks Director of Reimbursement

The Director is responsible for third party reimbursement policies, procedures, functions, actions, and results for SunLink and each of its facilities including: (a) proper accounting and financial reporting, (b) regulatory compliance, (c) legislative and regulatory changes (federal and state), (d) reimbursement and revenue enhancement including EHR meaningful use compliance and incentive funds receipts and charge master updates, (e) accurate preparation of Medicare and Medicaid cost reports and timely filing, (f) manage care contracting and assurance of proper payments relating thereto.  The Director must also be proactive as to changes from the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and assist with due diligence for proposed acquisitions.

 Minimum 7 years of current reimbursement experience in private sector multi-healthcare locations.  CPA or Masters degree preferred.  Must have proven successful track record in regulatory compliance and in enhancing earnings and cash flow.  Must be proficient in cost reporting accounting systems. 

 Position is based in Atlanta, GA at the Corporate Office, but requires travel to facility locations a minimum of 30% of the time.  Competitive compensation package including relocation available.
