Atlanta, Georgia (May 6, 2008) - SunLink Health Systems, Inc. (AMEX: SSY) announced today that it expects to report its results for the third fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2008 and conduct its conference call on Tuesday, May 13, 2008. The conference call will start at 11:00 A.M. (ET).
During the call, the company will comment on its 2008 third fiscal quarter results and its April 2008 acquisition of Carmichael Cashway Pharmacy, Inc. The company will also provide a brief update on the evaluation of strategic alternatives currently being undertaken by a Special Committee of its Board of Directors.
